Mr. Daniel Brown had a vision to help the homeless and need in the community. In January 1974, the City Rescue Mission was established. They started out with just a peanut butter sandwich They now provide the community: Hot meals five days a week Clothing giveaway DMV Referrals Mail Check Food Boxes (with referrals) Each year theserve more than 9,000 meals to people, for further info. please visit their site.

Regency Job Training Institute & Trade Core, Inc. Teamed up with the City Rescue Mission.
On July 11, 2014 Trade Core and RJTI teamed up with City Rescue Mission to feed the hungry. Our Learn 2 Work/ Shadow Program Volunteers & Interns did an awesome job and learned how good it feels to give back to the community.
